Home Decor Project for my sister

I haven't heard yet if she received it but I made this Home decor project for my lovely sister, who lives in England.

I miss her a lot.
The real size is A4. Most of the stamps used are Hero Arts and from projects that never materialised.

Winner of the Edith Holden Book

Thank you for those of you that showed interest in the Book. It wasn't as popular as I thought it might be - that is everyone's personal taste, so there was a bigger chance to win for everyone who took part.

It is my husband's birthday tomorrow, so I asked him to pick out a paper. I put all your names on a piece of paper and in a bowl. I also entered somebody who sent me an E-mail that her computer wasn't working at it should be and if I would enter her, which I did.

A give-away for February

I have finished my Home Decor project for the month of February. Do you remember I posted this one for January and I said that I wanted to make one for every month of the year to fill a wall? Well, I am advancing and I want to give somebody else the opportunity to do the same, if they so wish. So I bought another book to give away.

So this is my give-away (see below) and an extra thank-you to all the people who take the time to visit me and leave me a comment on my grid cards.

This is a nearly brand new copy of the Book I am using to make my projects. It has 191 pages and is 24x18cm large, which is a big book! If you are interested in winning this, just leave me a comment. Vintage (liquorice allsorts style!)

For this card I just punched out squares from a free download.
These are my favorite colors. I found a stray butterfly in my scrap basket and added.

Everybody can make something like this. The Postcard was a free download too.

A different design with inchies

I love using up my scraps. I have three square punches, all different sizes and these are the middle size.

I never usually use hearts, only like them occassionally.

Using an old Book

I am going to make twelve of these, one for every month of the year, starting with January.

I found this old Book for a couple of euros and just saw so many possibilities with it. I am going to fill a wall with them as home decor.

Pinks!

I just wanted to create a little puzzle with my scraps. I puzzled the pinks with coordinating patterns and colors.
